She arranged everything from internal flights, hotels, trips, guides, cars and airport pickups - in fact everything to make the trip smooth and stress free. Our stay in Vietnam was truly memorable and everything worked perfectly. The hotels we stayed were all top quality with excellent services. Our guides were all very friendly and informative. The Ha long Bay cruise in the north and the Mekong River tour in the south were really the high points of our trip. All in all, we were very pleased by their planning and execution of this trip. The trip was reasonably priced and the quality of services were outstanding. We got our private tours in Hanoi, Hoian and Ho Chi Minh city and everything happenned as we expected. I enjoyed this special adventure with my adult son and our itinerary was customised to fit our needs by Mrs.Quynh , who was very helpful, patient and professional during the planning stages. She remained helpful and available to us throughout our 14 days in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. If there were any changes to be made on the spot, she was just a telephone call away and handled the changes efficiently. The hotels, guides and drivers that were made available to us during our trip were well chosen by this agency. We were met at each airport in air-conditioned and late model vehicles with cold water and cold towels which were welcomed in the hot temperatures. The guides were very knowledgeable and informative. My son and I have now made a lifelong friend in Luang Prabang, Laos with Kood, our guide, who was a monk and elephant Mahout, so we really enjoyed the temples and visiting the elephant sanctuary under his tutelage. Halong Bay was an absolute delight and Angkor Wat in Cambodia was spectacular. We will definitely work with Mrs.quynh and her agency again and highly recommend her should your travels include Indochina. They made our first visit to Indochina very smooth and took great care of us.

We booked our trip to Halong Bay and Sapa with Authentic vietnam tour and everything was perfect. We were very pleased to see that everything was exactly as we had booked it. Even better! We had a personalised treatment and we were upgraded to a better cruise without even asking it.
